Guide - Action Center
The Action Center is designed to make creating your AAPs faster and easier than ever. From the Action Center, you can upload all of the necessary data and let myAAP create your reports for you. Any notifications about your data or any required actions will be displayed here, and you will be able to download your plans from here when the process is complete.
- If you don’t already have a data container, select Action Center from the Organization Home screen. To work in an existing data container, select the desired container from the navigation tree on the left and select Action Center from the Data Container Home screen.
- Click the play button to begin the atomic process.
- Use the dropdowns to select how you would like to complete each work item listed. If you are unsure, use the question marks next to each item for explanatory hints.
- Once you have selected your desired options and uploaded the appropriate files, click the Continue button. The progress bar along the top will let you know that it is working, and what stage is being completed.
Below are some examples of notifications that may show up in the Action Center as the atomic process runs. If the notification directs you to a specific stage, you may use the following pages for instructions on how to complete that step before returning to the Action Center and restarting the process. The Action Center can be accessed from any stage using the 
icon in the toolbar.
Yellow icons indicate non-critical errors. Plans can be created without fixing these errors if you choose.
Clicking More info... will display a hint with further explanation on what the error means and how to fix it.
Red icons indicate critical errors that must be fixed before the atomic process can proceed. The notification will usually prompt you to go to a specific stage in myAAP to fix the error. Once you have made the necessary adjustments, return to the action center and click the play button to run the atomic process again.
