Welcome Screen

There are four sections to the screen in myAAP:

Toolbar - This is located across the top of the screen.  It contains the File Menu, Tools Menu, and Help Menu, and allows you to navigate to different stages in myAAP.

Allows you to quickly get to the Action Center from anywhere in the application.

The left and right arrows move you to the previous or next stage in the process.

 This dropdown allows you to select which stage in the application you would like to go to.

Navigation Tree - This area is in the upper left portion of the screen.  It contains a standard ”tree” listing of Data Containers, Plan Containers, and plans within the selected Organization.

Stages Menu - This area is in the lower left portion of the screen.  It lists the stages for the selected (highlighted) section in the navigation tree. (i.e., if a data container is selected in the navigation tree, the data container stages will be listed in the stages menu).

Primary Data Area - This area is the remaining portion of the screen to the right of the navigation tree and stages menu.  The contents of this section will depend on what sections are selected in the navigation tree and stages menu.
