Guide - Job Table Stage

  1. Click on the Assign Jobs button at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Assign jobs from external job file.
  3. Click on the button to locate the text version of the Job File.
  4. Click the button to bring in data from your job file.
  5. Data that matches myAAP's job table headers will automatically be mapped for you.  Automatically mapped values can be changed and unmapped values can be mapped using the dropdowns.  Fields in bold are required and must be mapped before continuing.

  6. Check "I understand this is not reversible".  If you would like to apply this file to all plans, also check "Apply to every plan in plan container".
  7. Click the Assign button.
  8. Click on the column header Job Group Code once.  If any blanks exist they will be brought to the top.  If there are any blanks, this will need to be corrected before moving forward.
  9. Do the same for Census Codes.  If there are any blanks, and the corresponding Employee Count for that row is anything other than 0, this will need to be corrected before moving forward.
  10. Once complete, in the bottom left navigation pane, click Labor Areas.
