Disability Utilization Goal

This report shows a comparison of total employees vs. employees identified as Individuals with Disabilities (IWD) within a given job group.  The result of this calculation is then tested against the OFCCP’s mandated benchmark.

NOTE: The current benchmark of 7% was calculated by utilizing the population with disability of 7.4% and the civilian labor force with disability of 5.7%.  The goal will be calculated as follows:

• 7% of the entire workforce if the contractor has 100 or fewer total employees.
• 7% of each job group if the organization has more than 100 total employees.
• The OFCCP may review and update (as appropriate) the utilization goal established.

General Report Options

Fill in the desired report title, header, footer, and select desired display options (suppress snapshot/plan date, print page numbers, allow text wrap, show report created on date).

Report-Specific Options

Job Group(s) to Print - This option defaults to report on all available job groups.  You may use the check boxes next to each job group if you would not like them to appear in the report.

NOTE: Job Groups will appear on the report in the same order listed here (alphabetically).  To change the order, select the job group(s) you wish to move and use the Move Up and Move Down buttons.
