Data Export
This option allows you to export availability data and utilization test results (number of employees, percentage of employees, availability %, calculated standard deviation, calculated exact binomial, and whether underutilization exists) to a tab-delimited text file. This can be convenient for using the data in other programs or systems.
NOTE: This option is only available when a specific plan is selected. The various stages required to develop final availability must be completed before this option can be used.
Complete the steps below to use the data export function:
- Select the desired report from the Select a Report dropdown.
- Check the Include Column Headers box to have the data column names appear as the first row in the exported file.
- Click the Export Data button. A standard Save As window will appear when the file is ready.
