Dashboard Overview

Our dashboard pairs data visualizations with corresponding drill-downs to help you use AAP metrics to ensure compliance and further equality and diversity within your organization.

Dashboard Library

We've done the heavy lifting for you! Our robust templates with predefined charts and graphs will help to visualize the results of your AAPs and provide great looking presentation materials for stakeholders.   What is the gender and race/ethnic representation of my workforce, hires, promotions, terminations, and/or applicants? How are we doing with respect to the placement of protected veterans and/or individuals with disabilities? It’s all just a few clicks away in the Dashboard! Most reports are available for free to all clients. 

Templates marked "Premium Exclusive" are available exclusively as part of our Portal Premium Technology Package ($500/user first 5 users; $100/add'l user)

  • Summaries of your AAP results to help you focus and set goals
  • Birds-eye view of potential areas of opportunity

Layout & Functionality

All Dashboard templates share a common layout and functionality:

  • Template Title: The current template is displayed at the top
    • Use the dropdown arrow to switch to another report template
    • Use the information icon next to the template title for a brief summary of reports in the current template 
  • Export Dashboard: Export all reports in current template
  • Data, Filters, Grouping: Click Edit to make changes
    • Data: change the data you are viewing
    • Filters: filter reports to show only data from certain parameters like Plan and custom fields
      • Organizational Unit 2-5 are considered custom fields. Use the Settings button to set display names for the custom fields
    • Grouping: by default, reports are shown using all data, typically companywide. Use groupings to break out reports by groups such as Job Groups or EEO Category.
  • Show Data Label: Data labels are shown in a tooltip when you hover over the chart. This option displays the data labels for all portions of the chart without having to hover
  • Export Single: Use the Export Button on an individual report/chart to export a specific report

Report Exports

You can export charts in 2 ways:

  • Export Dashboard: Quickly export the entire dashboard in a single file using the "Export Dashboard" button at the top of the screen
  • Export: Use the "Export" report button next to the report title to export a specific chart.

Export Options

  • Header: Add text to be included in the page header if desired.
  • Footer: Add text to be included in the page footer if desired.
  • Include page numbers: Check this option to include page numbers in the bottom left-hand side of each page.
  • Include snapshot date: Check this option to include the employee snapshot date in the top right-hand side of each page.
  • Show data labels: Check this option to include data labels on the report.
  • Export Options: Choose the size of the report, and how many to fit on each page
  • Export as PDF: Your report will be exported as a PDF file.
  • Export as Image (not available for table reports): Your report will be exported as a PNG file.
  • Export as Excel (available only for table reports): Your report will be exported as a .xslx file.
  • Cancel: Your report will not be exported, and you will be taken back to the dashboard.
